Natalie has worked in the retail mortgage industry for over 17 years. Her most recent role was to develop and establish the operating systems, new business and mortgage processes for a local accounting and broking firm.
Prior to that Natalie had a successful career of 12 years with AMP Bank in their lending division, working in customer service and credit support, eventually progressing into Business Development Manager, where she managed a large portfolio of brokers, driving high sales targets in a very competitive market.
Natalie takes pride in what she does and how she achieves it. With a positive outlook and professional attitude towards her work and her clients, Natalie ensures her customers’ expectations are met to a high standard and is extremely passionate about delivering the best customer experience.
She is excited about the opportunity to join Highland and assist her own clients on their mortgage journey in finding the right solution for their needs.
