IN THE MEDIA | BROKEN RECORDS

Highland is continuing to cement ourselves as the dominant prestige property agent within the high-end Sydney property market with three back-to-back record smashing sales in the southern waterfront precinct. The latest record surpassed the previous highest price paid for a tidal waterfront property, with 16a Kurramatta Place, Cronulla selling for $9.5 million.

The sale was facilitated by Highland agents @mitchwynn_highlandproperty and @lauramckay_highlandproperty and comes just a week after the company shattered both the Burraneer and Sutherland Shire sales records with the $20 million sale of 333 Woolooware Road, Burraneer.

Highland Double Bay Malouf has also welcomed a number of high-end sales over the past few months, which include the dual-level apartment 1/44 New Beach Road, Darling Point, overlooking Rushcutters Bay, which sold with a price guide of $16.5 million, and a spectacular eight-bedroom home with uninterrupted ocean views at 42 Gardyne Street, Bronte, which sold with the price guide of $22 million.
