Meet One of Our Own, Avalon Nieto-Roels

How did you start your career in Real Estate?
I started my career in real estate in a smaller local agency as a receptionist/sales administrator. I was there for almost a year and a half. It was a great way to start my career in the industry as I learnt most aspects of the business all the way from exchanging contracts to Property Management. This helped me so much later on in my career in understanding the process of buying and selling property!

What’s the best thing about working for Highland Property Agent?
Definitely the culture and the people that I get to work with every day. We get loads of training and there is so much support within the team. Working with the best of the best!

What’s a benefit that you can share to the public about buying off the plan property from our projects division?
We have a good amount of quality developments currently already under construction in the Sutherland Shire. Our project marketing team consists of sales agents all the way to administration support, and we are all very well trained in all aspects of project development. Buyers are spoilt for choice when looking to purchase off the plan from Highland Project Marketing, we currently have a range of properties available all the way from single level houses in Caringbah South to apartments in Kirrawee South Village.

If you didn’t live in Australia, which country would you choose and why?
Probably somewhere along the coast of Italy – beautiful beaches, relaxing lifestyle, lovely people and great food. But at the end of the day there’s nothing better than coming home to Australia where you have that all on your door step every day!
