I am writing this to commend Property Manager, Brad McHugh, on the great job that he does.

From the day we moved in to the property Brad has been extremely professional, thorough, very quick to respond to repairs and requests and above all very pleasant to deal with!

Inspections are always carried out promptly with feedback provided to us, repairs are reported and followed up once fixed and all enquiries we have made to Brad during our tenancy have always been answered swiftly.

It speaks volumes to me the way Brad treats his tenants, it is exactly the way I would like my tenants treated and my property maintained by my property manager.

I will not hesitate recommending Brad’s services to my friends, family and clients and will definitely be coming back to Brad when we are in need of a property manager.

I am just wanting to send a compliment to Elizabeth Kennedy, Brad McHugh and Rochelle Bone. We rented 7/17-21 Clements Parade, Kirrawee for 6 months and unfortunately we had to vacate the property due to the owner wanting to move back in.
