Grays Point

Grays Point houses some of the most unique waterfront properties on the Port Hacking River. Bordered on two sides by the Royal National Park, over 70 per cent of the residents here live in freestanding houses set on leafy, winding streets.

The suburb’s prime waterfront position means many homes boast impressive views across the Port Hacking River into Mansion Bay and the North West Arm inlet, while others enjoy unobstructed bushland outlooks over the national park.

There is only one road available for vehicle access; however multiple walking tracks link it with locations such as Audley in the Royal National Park.
