Kirrawee

Kirrawee is predominantly a family area and therefore home to a mix of freestanding residences. They date from classic 1950’s and 1960’s houses, many of which have been renovated to accommodate modern living, right through to contemporary and brand new family homes. Around 20 per cent of local residents currently live in apartments or townhouses.

An attractive feature of Kirrawee is being located in the geographic centre of the Sutherland Shire. This allows easy access to a myriad of leisure activities including the Sutherland Leisure Centre, Sporting fields and Kareela Golf Course. The Royal National Park, Swallow Rock boat ramp, Grays Point and beaches are a short drive away. Kirrawee also boasts close proximity to major rail and road options.

Oak Road is the shopping hub of Kirrawee and features a selection of 30 plus shops, including newsagents, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, florists and various services.
